Barney Electric Classical Guitars
I have been developing an electric classical with a cutaway for a couple of years. This is the current model. The box is slightly smaller than a regular classical. This compacts the sound some and makes for more clarity. This will help minimize feedback some. There is still good volume with this size box for playing acoustically. Since this is an electric classical I can use a wider spectrum of body woods. I have many types of body wood to choose from including traditional rosewoods. The neck is smaller than a regular classical but does meet at the 12th. fret to keep the bridge in the proper place in the lower bout. A 14 fret guitar is an option. Neck dimensions can be custom to your needs. The specs given here are for the guitar that is pictured. These specs can be customized to your needs. The pickup in this guitar is an LR Baggs. I can use your choice of pickup.
